PROCEDURE

Schedule an exclusive property viewing with our property consultant for your desired project. To schedule an appointment, you may contact (+63) 976 049 4876. For overseas-based clients, you may request for your family or representative to have the viewing on your behalf.

Reach us via Viber/Hotline that's (+63) 976 049 4876 to confirm the availability of your desired property and set a schedule of a property viewing appointment with one of Brittany Corporation's Direct Marketing Officers, Millien Alvarez.

Attend the Property Viewing with a Brittany Corporation's Direct Marketing Officer. We highly recommend attending the viewing together with your spouse, fiancee, or family member. For OFW/Immigrant Clients, you may schedule the property viewing with your family member or relative on your behalf. Your representative shall also be your Attorney-in-fact in your property purchase.

During the property viewing, you will be presented with our model home/showroom, actual available unit location, and sample quotation. Payment schemes and requirements will also be discussed after the presentation. Once you have finalized your desired unit, we will now proceed with the reservation.

Fill out and submit the following requirements during reservation:

  • Accomplished Buyer Information Sheet

  • Accomplished Reservation Agreement

  • Copies of Two (2) Philippine government-issued valid IDs (PRC, Driver's License, TIN ID, Passport, etc.)

Pay the required Reservation Fee to the cashier. Payments accepted are cash, cheque, credit card, and debit card. Cheque payment must be payable to Brittany Corporation. For OFW/Immigrant Clients, Brittany accepts bank transfer or wire transfer through our partner bank if you are outside the Philippines in Cash, Cheque, Credit Card, or Telegraphic Transfer (T/T). Please ask our Marketing officer for more information.

Secure an Official Receipt of payments made as confirmation of reservation.

Reservation Fee

A reservation Fee is a fixed, non-refundable amount issued to express the genuine interest in acquiring a property. This amount reserves the specified property to the client for 30 days and will be deducted from the Down payment/Equity.

Reservation Agreement is a document that states the terms and conditions of acquiring a property. The details on reservation, ownership, forfeiture, construction period, completion/turnover date, approval of the transaction, etc. are elaborated on this document.
